Due to the nature of their use, any scooter parts or other products sold that are to used in an extreme sport or at a skate park have limited warranty cover.
Ninetyninety.co.uk covers most items for defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
For a full breakdown of each individual product warranty information see below.
Titanium Bars
– 1 month.
Titanium bars are a lightweight bar designed for experienced riders.
The 1 month warranty on our Titanium bars depends on the usage and situation.
If the bars have been modified in any way after purchase, the warranty will be voided.
Metal Core Wheels
– 1 month.
Common warranty issues:
Dehubbing – This is when the urethane comes apart from the wheel’s core.
This is not always a fault in the wheel and can be easily caused by landing sideways or taking heavy hits to the wheel’s core.
Dehubs will usually be covered (if they have occured within the given warranty period) though may be refused if there is evident mis-use on the wheel, such as denting to the core.
Chunking of the urethane will be covered for a shorter time, as this generally shows mis-use of the wheel.
However, this would be decided after assessing an image of the wheel with our factory.
Cracking in the wheel – seen as general wear on the wheel, not covered under warranty as they are not manufacturing issues.
Flat Spots – caused by stomping too hard on the brake, excessively heavy landings, or sliding so not covered by warranty.
Bearings
No Warranty (unless there is evidence that the bearing was faulty upon receipt)
The bearings take a lot of impact, continual running and heavy impacts mean these small componants are not expected to last as long as other parts of the scooter.
Water ingress can easily weaken bearings causing rust.
Grips
No Warranty – (unless they are faulty upon receipt)
Grips will experience wear and tear during general use and even application. so do not come with any warranty period.
Wheel Spacers
No Warranty (unless there is evidence that they are faulty upon receipt)
The spacers take a lot of impact, continual running and heavy impacts mean these small componants are not expected to last as long as other parts of the scooter.
Water ingress can easily weaken and cause rust.
Griptape
No Warranty – (unless it is faulty upon receipt)
Griptape will experience wear and tear during use and as a result of poor application.
Tip: Avoid using during wet weather and not getting mud or grit on the griptape to prolong its lifespan.
Axle Bolts
No Warranty (unless there is evidence that the bearing was faulty upon receipt)
The axle bolts take a lot of impact, continual running and heavy impacts mean these small componants are not expected to last as long as other parts of the scooter.
Water ingress can easily weaken componants causing rust.
Headsets
– 1 month
Common Issues:
- Clicking whilst rotating your headset- Usually caused by the headset being too tight.
- Stiffness – Possibly too tight
Bearing grease can be used for most headset issues.
Headsets will only be covered under warranty if there is physical breakage caused by a manufacturing fault.
This will need to be assessed through images and liasing with our factory.
Headset bearings are not covered under warranty.
Ninetyninety.co.uk offers a 30 day returns policy on unsued and unopened products starting from the day of delivery.
Customers are welcome return their goods for an exchange item, store credit or a refund if required.

Returns can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the method the order was originally paid (please note: we do not refund via bank transfer) with within 3-7 working days from the time of cleared processing.
If you paid via PayPal refunds usually clear within a few hours.
Please be aware that if have you received free shipping on a product which you are returning for a refund you will be subject to a £4.95 shipping charge which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customers will also be liable for any return postage fees.
Please be aware that this doesn’t apply to items returned for an exchange. Please see below for details on exchanging an item.
In order for your return/exchange to be accepted the item(s) must have no visable signs of any use.
Please retain all the original packaging to include when sending any items back; this will prevent damage and loss of goods when the item is returned.
Please pack securely and do not apply any sticky tape or labels directly onto the packaging or product box, you will be be charged for any resulting damage and product may not be accepted for return.
If you are returning your goods for an exchange and based in the UK Mainland, we will send out the exchange item FREE of charge.
Due to the costs involved we are unable to offer a free exchange service to international orders. International customers are therefore responsible for all shipping costs.
Please note that any returns attempted after the 30 day period will not be accepted and your item(s) will be sent back out to you at your cost (unless exceptional circumstances apply).
Please note that unused items will be refunded in full except for the postage cost that was originally paid when order was dispatched, this applies even if your order had free delivery.

and pack with your parcel.
When you have packaged your goods and attached the returns label, simply take the parcel to your nearest Drop Off point.

If you placed your order via or eBay store then you must use the returns process specified by eBay.

If you are not eligible to return your goods but do so regardless, you will incur return charges.

In the unlikely event that you should receive the wrong order or any incorrect goods, please contact us directly within 7 days via sales@ninetyninety.co.uk or calling us on +44 (0)1243 933 122.
Please provide your order details and we may require images of any incorrect item(s) received.
The correct item(s) will be dispatched on reciept of the returned incorrect goods.
Ninety Ninety will cover your returns postage charge If the error was on our part. Note that this must be pre-approved before any items are returned, so please do contact us beforehand.

We will require you to provide evidence that the item supplied was faulty before any warranty claim can be processed.
We will try to resolve any issues via email, please send the details below to: sales@ninetyninety.co.uk
1) Description of the fault/issue
2) a photograph or video showing us evidence of the fault
we may request that a product is returned to us for inspection after a warranty issue or fault is fully accepted.
Please do not send items back to us without authorisation, as you will incur charges if there is no warranty case to be made.
If the issue found indicates an error in manufacturing, Ninetyninety.co.uk will reimburse your postage costs up to a value of £7.95 for (UK Customers ONLY)
By prior arrangement we may be able to provide you a label for you to attach to your returns parcel and drop off at a local collection point, this may help deal with the return more easily.
Ninetyninety.co.uk will also pay to return the product to you once resolved.
If the item has been damaged by general wear and tear or user error, you will be responsible for all postage costs and will also be charged for any repair work needed.
Ninety Ninety will contact you to advise of any costs before any repairs are undertaken.
We always aim to have every issue resolved as swiftly as possible, but as we are required to liaise with our factory, there is no set time frame for resolution available.
Usually warranties are completed within 3 weeks, and we will contact you any time there is a development in your case.
For any warranty issues that are authorised, we will usually send out a replacement, where this isn’t possible we will offer a product/part of equivalent value, or online store credit for www.ninetyninety.co.uk.
Only where an agreement on any replacement equivalent product/part cannot be reached, will a refund will be offered.
If for any reason you receive your goods with any cosmetic damage or defects, please do not use and contact us within 7 days.
We require contact within 30 days of delivery and for the item to be returned to us within a further 14 days.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, we will need an image sent to our email address (sales@ninetyninety.co.uk) to prevent your return being refused.
Unfortunately, if there are signs of use upon return we will not be able to refund or replace your item(s).
Please do not send the item back to us without authorisation first, as you will incur charges if the item is not deemed defective.
All orders are throughly checked and a packing list completed prior to packing and dispatch.
In the highly unlikely event that an item is missing from an order or you have not received your order please contact us within the following timeframes from when the order was placed:
14 days (UK Mainland)
30 days (International)
Sometimes there are failed deliveries, this could be due to:
- A customer repeatedly not being available
- The wrong address details being provided
The courier should leave a ‘missed delivery’ card, please use the contact details on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel.
If the item is returned to us there will be a £5.00 courier fee charge.
If the delivery is refused upon arrival there will be a £15.00 courier fee charge.
To avoid any charges, please make sure accurate delivery details are given and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
